Wild Blackberry - honey is light amber in color with a mild, fruity flavor and aroma. A northwest tradition!
Fireweed - No it’s not hot! This medium amber, high mountain honey has a unique tangy and delicious honeycomb flavor.
Raspberry - Our mildest and sweetest variety with a hint of raspberry flavor.

Our pure and natural honey is raw and unfiltered, with nothing, artificial added.

Unlike commercial processing that heat and strain, our honey is handled gently, maximally preserving the vitamins and enzymes.

It should be stored at room temperature.

When honey crystallizes, which it does naturally, place the jar in warm water or a double boiler.

Do not heat above 90°F to preserve its healing properties.
